How long does it take to hear back from spring week application?
Student at a target who just completed a lot of the application and tests for spring weeks? How often are applications usually reviewed and how hard is it to advance considering target school and two solid internships?
Back in the day I did most of my interviews in early to mid-November. Really random process for the most part.

Do they actually read resumes or you need referrals to get interviews?
