How long should your behavioral answers all be

Was wondering if it's best to keep behavioral answers like the 3 strengths question, the greatest failure, and teamwork stories. I've been told to keep under 45 secs but found that it's difficult to get an anecdote in without going over a minute. Is it best for the 3 strengths question to be longer?

Just read the room. if interviewer seems bored or like he’s getting impatient, then hurry up. if he seems to like your story then keep going. it really depends from person to person
