How Long to Hear Back From a Lateral Superday?

Anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from a superday for a lateral process? Have heard that it’s not the same day / next day norm like for FT since the processes are less structured, but I’m dying to hear back at this point so I can decide when to give my 2 weeks lol

I recently lateraled. Definitely can be more unstructured but I would say most of the time you should hear back within a few days if it’s good news. I got two offers when lateraling and one was the next day and the other in like 3 days. The others I didn’t get would take 1/2 weeks to tell me no (or ghost me completely). Good luck, I was in a very similar situation where I was dying to get out so I know the waiting game sucks
