How much accounting should I know for a career in Investment Banking?
I am a finance student aiming for a career in IB. I have already taken courses such as Intro to financial accounting and managerial accounting. I will also take courses about Securities, Risk Management and Financial Statement Analysis. Considering this, are those courses enough foundation or should I still learn accounting deeper by taking an Intermediate Accounting course?
Any other advice to prepare for a career in IB would be appreciated. Thank you.

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...
Would recommend checking out the guides (breaking into wall street) or ibvine.io, if you can answer those Qs you should be fine. Questions will usually by why x is a asset/liability, expense, or also how a change in something (sale of 100 PP&E at 70) affects the three financial statements.
