So I’ve seen a lot of savings / net worth comparison by age and role on here. But I’ve never seen a benchmarking amount for your corporate pension/401k or SIPP. It would be good to get a sense of whether I’m below, average or above average for my age group so I know if I need to add more % of my salary to the pension plan or not.
I’ll start:

Role: 6 years in IBD and then 5 years in corp dev
