How much would you expect to be paid? 3 YOE (A2A), 50-60 hour week

I recently got an offer at a boutique firm, not going to be too descriptive here (and also so this thread doesn't get moved). From team members I've spoken to, I can expect 9am - 9pm Monday to Thursday, 9-5 on Friday. All in all, 50-60 hours per week. Work is okay... not super exciting... not mind numbing. It's fine.

Offer was for $180 base and expecting to make $200-240 all in. Curious how I should evaluate this offer and whether you think it's fair (I realize I haven't given much info). Overall, I feel like the offer is "fine." Not remarkable. Not bad. On the other hand, it is a meaningful drop in salary compared to my current ASO1 comp, with not quite as good lifestyle as some other exits I've seen.

Any thoughts?
