How realistic is FT recruiting from Lower MM to BB/ EB?

Title. Incoming this summer at Lower MM (Lincoln/ Stifel / Truist) and would like to move up market.

Curious if there is any chance in recruiting to any BB or EB or if I should stick to FT recruiting for more Upper MM / "Non EB" Boutiques (Gugg, GHL, Ducera, Roths)

It’s very possible, the skills you learn are very applicable throughout all sizes of deals. I’m sure you know this already since you have an internship but it’s more about the way you talk and your soft / hard skills need to be very polished

Fwi I did a LMM internship and landed both EB and BB fulltime offers this year

Do you have any tips on how you went about networking with other firms during your internship?

can you provide some more color to the modeling tests you had to do for EBs? what were they like and do you recommend any resources to prep for them?
