If the description of an internship (let it be a spring week or a summer analyst) states: "you will be graduating in 2024", how strict is that? If I apply and I'm graduating in 2025, will I be automatically rejected even if I have a really great profile just for my graduation date?

Yes. Applying for a job that has a strict grad year (that you don't have) will auto deny you. There is a reason why they do this, they wont make a exception.
You will likely get automatically rejected, a person won’t even read your resume. A lot of people just BS the expected graduation dates though to make it past that screen. (like saying they’re graduating in 3 years for instance).
