how to be a good employee?
to be honest, i didnt get a return offer and got put on pip as a y1 analyst, but got a lateral offer to an EB before I could get axed. theres a lot of nuance to corporate and tbh i make mistakes, how do I make sure i do well? I didnt think the mistakes were that bad, but in their eyes i can how they thought that way.
i know im the problem, but i want to do better bc i keep messing up good opportunities but somehow leveling up but i know its not going to last. i am trying btw i just struggle in corporate environments. i wish there was a class on this. i struggle most w/ communication / doing good quality work.
