How to convert remote summer internships?
Apart from the lucky ones with automatic FTs (Citi, Moelis), how should someone in a BB with a virtual internship look to convert it to a FT role? I realise this is unique summer for everyone on this forum but any insight will be appreciated!
So my plan is to just get ultra ripped before summer ngl
which BBs are doing virtual?
JPM, MS and Citi will have some virtual components. Capital One is fully remote (but its not a BB ik)
