How To Deal With Terrible ED

My ED is horrific. He is always speaking out of thin air and getting a lot of stuff wrong. He also has a knack for making unreasonable asks, playing really dirty politics with junior bankers and being a very condescending prick. I legitimately want to leave because I don't want to work for him. I know that IB is dominated by strong personalities, many of which can be assholes but this guy is on a different level. There's no way I could report him to anyone as he's been at the firm for 10 years and I've been here for just under a year. Is there anything that can be done?

I exclusively am assigned to support his MDs practice so I have no way of not working with him.
