I'm at a micro-boutique and my firm is going to be much leaner now than it was before. A lot of work is going to go on my shoulders and I don't want my work product to suffer from spreading myself too thin. Any advice on how I should approach this situation? I feel like I'm going to be a master juggler by year-end.
