Are you sure a pres or production team can enhance an image? Doesn't make sense to inherently alter the quality of an image. If I took a grainy screenshot, I find it hard to believe it can be made very clear, right?

Will update my computer soon and leave Incognito so I will disappear forever. How did I achieve Neanderthal by trolling? Some people are after me so need to close account for safety.

I do this with Adobe Illustrator by vectorizing the image. You upload the image (the simpler the better) to illustrator, then click it, then go to image trace, then high fidelity or a different option if that works better. Then I export it to Photoshop and save as a png. There's also a way to do this exclusively in Photoshop but I'm just comfortable doing it my way since it takes 30 seconds.

Don't understand why the guy is getting MS whereas his answer is the most correct one of the thread. The higher the resolution, the more the information contained in the picture. If the resolution is low, you can't create information - there's no way to enhance a picture, we're not in an episode of CSI. There are some softwares that use deep learning/neural network to guess what that information could be, and thus artificially increase resolution by inventing new information. However, this technology is not available on the market and is still highly experimental.

If we're talking about a very simple logo that does not use more than 1 or 2 colours, it may be possible indeed to vectorize it using Inkscape for instance, yet OP seems to mention images found on Google rather than logos. In that case, the only solution is to look for the same version of the picture with a higher resolution using Google's Reverse image search funtionality or Tineye.
