In your experience, what's have you all heard as the best way to lateral from a regional to head office for the bank or even lateral to a different group. Aiming to avoid burning bridges and want to continue with the bank FT.
Interested to know if it's best to wait until getting the RT offer officially or if coffee chatting internally in advance is a better method.
