How to lateral into healthcare
Hey everyone - I'm currently a 2nd yr analyst in chemicals at a large global European non-bulge bracket bank. My background is on the life sciences. I am generally unhappy working in chemicals and would like to move into healthcare, where I have done some work in the past. How can I lateral into a healthcare group without having to get an mba? Should I just wait to promote to associate and then just apply laterally - I have tried applying to a couple of places already, but I can't get interview anywhere. I am not keen on lateraling within my own bank, . Any guidance is much appreciated.
I know at my bank (MM), we post group specific openings for laterals sometimes. Currently have some healthcare openings. PM me if you want more info.
