How to make deal sourcing sound good on resume?

Any tips on how to make a deal sourcing/business development internship at a PE firm look good for IB recruiting? I want to refrain from seeming like it's just a sales job, but have not done any modeling or real financial analysis. Maybe something about reading CIMs, writing NDAs, interacting with brokers? What have people done in the past and what will IB recruiters want to see on your resume with this type of experience?

Much appreciated

You can try Acquisitions advisor. My question: How would you create an agreement to secure a royalty interest/maximum interest from a business introduction. Introducing both parties to one another is a non-renewable resource and the future of new business is bigger. Assume both parties are hotelliers and you bring them togther to do a deal...ie One buying shares/interests in the other or an M&A or LBO deal?
