How to Project Gross PPE, Accumulated Depreciation, and Net PP&E

Having a bit of troubling recreating a company's PP&E and subsequently projecting it out.

For Year 1:

On IS:

Depreciation: 260,027

CapEx: 350,000

On BS:

Cap Leases: 148,711

Gross PP&E: 4,955,210

Acc. Dep: 2,867,924

Net PP&E: 2,087,286

For Year 2:

On IS:

Depreciation: 238,776

CapEx: 350,000

On BS:

Cap Leases: 425,121

Gross PP&E: 4,492,659

Acc. Dep: 2,460,866

Net PP&E: 2,031,793

I'm not seeing how Gross PP&E or Acc. Dep for Year 2 are calculated. More so, I'm confused on how to project these numbers on a forward basis. Am I missing something here?
