How to set yourself up for success in a new role
When you are starting a new role as an analyst, associate, VP, what are some habits you do to set yourself up for success during your first few days and first weeks?
For example
- asking seniors for examples of past presentations/feedback to see how MDs like to present slides
- have a consistent process for reviewing incl. sense checks
- how to get your fellow associates or VPs to like you?
