How to start

Hello guys, I am currently 17 years old and will graduate next year in Germany. i want to study Finance and Banking and want to work as a Investment banker after that. My question is: How do I prepare well? I already have read a few books about the topic in general and I think I have a good general idea of what you do in Investment banking. But do I learn the whole analytic stuff in college or do I have to learn it by myself? And how does the general work day look alike? Do you guys have good tips to learn the fundamental analysis? It would be extremely helpful for me if you can only take 2 minutes and give me one advice, I don’t know anybody that work in a Investment bank, so this is my only way at the moment to get information. I really would appreciate help. Thanks for reading and I hope I didn’t make too much mistakes in spelling!
