How to stop that numb feeling at 2 pm?

Hey WSO. Anyone know how to stop that complete feeling of numbness in the body that hits at like 2 PM while in the office? Is a standing desk enough to cure this feeling of existential dread that washes over the body?

Eat a lighter lunch - seriously. I found on days I opted for a heavier breakfast w/ coffee and a light lunch/skipped lunch, I was more alert through the after vs. when I only do a coffee/light breakfast and a heavier lunch.

As far as I know, it is related to biological clock and rhytms embedded in your body. In certain clocks you just feel out of mood and certain times you feel energized. Try to do some not energy consuming activity at that time or a small exercise.
