How to Talk about PE Internship
Did a PE internship and worked on a few deals that didn't close, I mainly did sourcing and created a LBO to find the IRR how do I talk about what I did?

Similar experience my sophomore summer. I added it under select transaction experience on my resume as a potential acquisition. Basically listed the numbers and multiples (i.e. developed pro-forma operating model to calculate an IRR of X.XX% for a business services company). Then I would just talk about the deal in a timeline aspect. Started looking at the deal, my responsibilities. I don't mention that the deal didn't actually went through or anything. I just describe the deal and my responsibilities.
