How to tell if you’re doing well?

Hi everybody, I lateraled into a product group as analyst few months ago from a more CB/middle office team where I was ranked top. I feel like I’ve done a good job of picking up the tasks, with the hardest part just being figuring out the formatting and how to pull data/info for the things we want to show on pages.

My question is how do I know if I’m doing okay? I haven’t really made any mistakes thus far and it’s just been the basic turns of decks with comments (a lot of the stuff I had no idea about until I get a comment on it). I just can’t tell if my associates like or hate me and want to know if there are signs that I need to improve or just keep learning and improving.

If your year end review and bonus reflects top buckets, you are doing well
