How would your friends / former employer describe you job interview question
I would love to know how others answer this question, I seem to always suck on it. I'm too meta, like I'm trying to answer the question honestly, but at the same time when you just say hard-working, smart, a little introverted, it's probably shit they heard before a thousand times, and probably shit they ding you for.
Honesty doesn't get me anywhere imo
