Just received an offer for HSBC. Due to their retrenchment in US, probably gonna be on the DCM team there. What banks can I try to expedite my processes at that are better than HSBC? Probably looking for something in the same bracket ie: not bulge brackets or EB since I can't really use HSBC as a leveraging offer.

its gonna be really hard to leverage HSBC right now, especially if in US, but you can try for some firms that are LMM or local boutiques like stifel, dca, cg, seale & asoc, kipps, many others similar … not to say these aren’t great banks but HSBC has lost a lot of rep this year and hard to get recognized if you are generalist and offer isnt for dcm
