HSBC GBM Coverage Relationship Management NYC

Friend accepted an NYC SA offer at HSBC for their CRM role, which falls under the Global IB division. Was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on hours of coverage role compare to traditional product groups @ HSBC as well as what are some of the best industry groups.
