I don't want to go back to my group

I hate my group. I received a return offer post SA for a bank that basically everyone would consider to be S/S- tier placement. But holy fuck it sucks. I am already dreading the environment and the toxicity like 5 months in advance and its really spiking my cortisol. I have tried to lateral for FT and fumbled at the last hurdle superday for many of the EBs. What do I do. I think I will just put my head down and suck it up, try to get top bucket and exit. No need to get too close with these assholes

Clavicular was jestermaxxing while he got frame mogged by a foidmaxxing ASU Frat leader

No just wanted to lateral anywhere and got into final stages for the EBs. Wouldn't even mind lateralling within the firm to another group.
