So as the title says I suck at grammar. A native English speaker but I'm just not great at grammar. I want to do some sort of course that gets me really good and back in the game. I just haven't really had to write a lot since highschool. I was thinking of doing something like Manhattan Prep or some GMAT course? Thoughts? Do you guys think that would be good to get me refreshed and going again with gramamr?

You're overthinking. It's called Google and it's free. Seriously if there's certain things that you're really struggling with Google and YouTube will have answers and most likely free structured programs as well if you look hard enough.
Grammarly plug-ins should be more than enough to get you through the analyst/associate years. Everyone on my team uses it.

As others have mentioned, Grammarly will get you through things. That being said, you need to nip this thing in the bud and take a course of some sort.
I had the exact same issue .. Went to a public high school that focused on teaching grammar "by ear" and not by grammatical rules. The way that I fixed it was by completing the Sentence Correction section of the GMAT (entire GMAT is a waste of time to improve just grammar). It focuses exclusively on grammar through identifying errors in sentences. Pick up a Manhattan Prep 6th edition Sentence Correction book and study the content like you would for an exam. If you take if seriously you will improve drastically.

When I was in high school, I had to take the pre act as a 10th grader. My grammar was shit, so I got like 50th percentile. I read this one ACT prep book, and it got my grammar score to a consistently perfect score level. I read it cover to cover, so I highly recommend it.

I’m taking a grammar class this quarter. You could read the book Grammar for Writers by C. Beth Burch, it’s our textbook. It’s incredibly helpful and straight to the point. I could share the syllabus if you’re interested.
I am 100% in the same boat. I'm so bad that when people explain grammatical errors to me or I read about grammar, it's like a foreign language. Layer on top the fact that all my coworkers went to HYP, and I regularly make myself look like an idiot.

Read writing books that you should have read in high school like “Eats Shoots and Leaves” or “The Elements of Style”
Better yet, read more in general. If you don’t like books, read FT (hoity toity writing) or Matt Levine when he’s back from his leave. Everyone I know who writes well is an avid reader

I was in the same spot as you and it affected my test scores among other things. My recommendation is to read news articles and books. Since you’re aiming for high finance , you might as well make them finance related. Being able to see how sentences play out and the like will help you tremendously. Also use Word for papers so you can see your errors and fix them. While reading books and articles will help you to understand how grammar works, ultimately you have to learn by doing.
Khan Academy's got a great course on grammar. Most of it is way too basic, but the videos on commas/assorted colons are very useful.
Glad you have this self awareness. You need to conquer the issue. Very important! If you can't write well, at least for business purposes, you will severely limit your upside unless you are some crazy inventor, irreplaceable algo guy, etc. Technical ability is important but it's all table stakes. Communicating affectively is critical for career advancement.
It's better to revise some grammar topic first, then install Grammarly and live a happy life without thinking that you're not good enough at grammar. At least, others won't notice that you have problems with spelling and grammar in general. I might also suggest buying a subscription for https://englishlinx.com and revise some topics from time to time if you feel really vulnerable because of your grammar skills in English.
Moreover, nowadays I believe that no one cares how you actually write or speak, everyone is getting more and more self-centered. No one would actually notice that you have problems. Giving you support and hugs.
