Look at this thread - I've experienced this and heard from others this is more or less on par with their experiences as well

I've also seen you get a transaction database and have to make standard diligence outputs based on the data (top sales and margins by customer, geography, product group, etc.). 

Last, I've also seen getting a teaser and talking about the good things about the business, along with getting a random set of public companies and highlighting ones you think would be good public company comparables for a given company and why
