IB Laterals After MM Consulting?

Recently got a FT offer for a reputable MM consulting firm that I will be starting in a few weeks (FYI not in TAS).

Already thinking my next move. Has anyone had a similar experience of moving to IB after 1 yr of MM consulting?

Should I focus more on regional, EB, or MM for a better chance?
