Someone who I know who was a former VP at an EB moved from banking to a Corp Dev team at a F100. No clue on comp difference but hours were way better

 

VP in banking is very different from a VP on the corporate side. In one group, there may be 5+ VPs in banking. On the corporate side, a corp dev team for example may only have 1. More likely to either exit at the Senior Manager or Junior Director level depending on experience. 

Agree - rare to see 2 VPs on same team in Corp dev (VP and SVP/EVP)
