Just looked through my weekly hours, 65 average and median
Had the exact same experience at west coast EB. A handful of weeks were brutal beyond belief but others were almost no work. Typically around the same 65ish and great experience. Often regret leaving honestly..
What are you up to now? Sounds like we had the exact same experience, have had literal 10 hour weeks but have also broken 120. I'm headed off to MFPE but I really like my current role ... was curious about your path.

is FIG that bad? spoke with like 5 people while recruiting and they said they had protected Saturdays, went home early (no later than 9pm ish everyday), and had good culture

For last few years, around 80 hours a week. More recently, 55-65 hours on average - deals have been put on hold, we don't pitch too much in my team, I've just gotten a lot better at pushing back and would rather be middle bucket and happy than kill myself for top ranking
