Ideas on Goldman MIDDLE OFFICE operations BONUS?

Hey guys so I just started up with Goldman on the 17th. Most of the people in operations are back office, but my group is in fact MIDDLE OFFICE Equity Derivatives. I'm an operations analyst in this group.

What kind of bonus will I be looking at this first year? Don't include prorated. Pretend as if I walked in on Jan 1st so math sakes.

$8,000 maybe? No one seems to know and I'm afraid to ask anyone in my group because they are all much older.

Thanks!

Either you're being sarcastic or simply don't know the industry at all. Come on man even us ops analysts got a $10,000 signing bonus. I'll already be pulling 80k with overtime (60 hour weeks) so we make decent bank. Every hour over 40 is OT premium.
