Identifying as female for diversity programs?

Came across a tiktok the other day where some nerdy but normal looking guy claimed he identified as a woman and claimed he has had a ton of woman experiences and all the liberals in the comments were lapping it up.

This got me thinking, a lot of the female diversity programs for banks have in their description "open for those who identify as a woman". So if in 2022 western society biological men can decide to simply identify as a woman without undergoing any treatment or presenting as feminine, how would this be received by banks if someone who obviously presents as male said he identified as a woman and went to these programs. Anyone seen anything like this happen?

I don't really see how they could turn someone like that away without risking a lawsuit given it's valid in 2022 society.
