If a company divests a meaningful segment of their business, how would that impact their TEV & their multiple?
Would assume that market cap increases by the net proceeds while net debt decreases by the same amount. Would mean TEV remains the same.
PF EBITDA would decrease by what the segment generated.
It sounds wrong, but i'm not sure where.
