Incoming IB and Moving to NYC - Therapist Recommendations?

Throwaway for obvious reasons. Moving to NYC next month and starting IB here shortly. Was wondering if anyone had suggestions for therapists in the Manhattan/midtown area that they connected with to help manage anxiety? Current therapist didn't have any recs for the NYC area. It would be great to find someone who was knowledgeable/familiar with IB ideally.

PMs obviously welcome.

I’d recommend a psychiatrist over a therapist. I don’t have any recommendations for one, but there are a lot of good ones in NYC.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

this is all a little bit over board. you need psychostimulants if you are in this shit to win. if you need to cry, call your mom, that is perfectly normal. any therapist would literally be unrealistic timewise if you are going to be an investment banking analyst, and furthermore they probably suck at their job because it is hardly a real profession . use your fucking brain or you will not make it long

rich, i feel you. three years ago, the response would have been viewed as completely acceptable. now all these kids wonder why all females literally are repulsed by them. the sexual frustration leads to mental breakdown, which is why you are all seeking therapy already, because of all the sexual frustration and confusion caused by your education which indoctrinated you into thinking being transgender and gay people are something extraordinary to be celebrated. makes no sense. like who cares what they are, can they get shit done? my guess is probably not if they are relying on being two genders for the purpose of social climbing

Try telepsychiatrist services. Therapists are not hard to get scheduled for an appointment (would agree with others, they can be more limited in terms of actually helping you vs. a licensed psychiatrist). Psychiatrists in NYC are notorious for being very difficult to get because they're scheduled months in advance (and at least in NYC/Manhattan charge an absurdly high rate).

gtfo. this is not normal. this is why Asians will take your lunch and you will quit and probably go back to college in your safe zone after six months because you are just weak and a product of woke education. wont last long with this soft shit just gonna be honest. and you wonder why the asian kids literally beat you into submission on superdays

you wont be laughing when your mental breakdown leads you to quit a job paying you top dollar within a year, simply because you are soft and think you deserve everything just because. this is capitalism still you naive kids
