Incoming EB SA 2021 Just realized on my resume I had the dates for one of my internships as March - Aug but was only paid from July-Aug and those are the dates on my W2, when should I approach HR about this? and how should I approach it? During March - June I was going training and unpaid work and wasn't an employee of the company.

There's your answer if somebody asks. I don't know why in the world you would be doing unpaid trainings or unpaid work, but it looks like your resume reflects the duration during which you were doing work for the company, which is reasonable
