Has anyone heard of Code Advisors? Can anyone touch on their reputation, deal flow, exits? How does it compare to other boutiques?

Career Resources
i remember a few years back they posted vacancies on my university's career page - they feature in some interesting verticals having looked at a few of their MDs. Very much tech focused - I imagine they do more private placements / capital raising efforts rather than straight up m&a; mergermarket showed only 19 M&A transactions since 2010; mostly in the MM space (most deals around the $300m mark) with 2 or 3 outliers.
Any people with experience with CODE - your feedback and insight would be very handy!
Not much to add here but have heard rumors from friends in SF (not at the firm) that Code pays their analysts ridiculous amounts. At least a few years ago they only had ~2 analysts.
