Have worked on some decent deals this year (Sompo-Aspen). But TERRIBLE culture. Have a very interesting story on the company's founder, Tony Ursano (PM if interested), which really showcases the culture of the firm in a nutshell. This is not a guy you want to be working for.
Had 3 rounds here and got the vibe it’s a sweat shop. I spoke to other folks at similar shops and they confirmed it’s an intense place to work and they’re very underpaid.
