Intern struggling during training week

Hi everyone! I’m a SA at a decent bank in nyc. I come from a biology background and I unfortunately made a huge mistake of going into the internship and trainings having a very very surface level and amateur idea of the technicals. Everyone I spoke with when recruiting convinced me the training would prepare me perfectly for when I hit the desk but I’m now dreading the day I do so and get staffed. I’m struggling to perform and retain very basic technicals. Everyone, literally everyoneeeeee is moving with the pace but me. Will I survive? Are trainings harder than the real deal? I’m under a team that overlooks family offices so any specific advice and tips could help. Thanks!
