I'm an incoming sophomore who is planning on graduating early (2026 instead of 2027). I'm interested in pursuing Investment Banking and was wondering what the process is like for recruiting in terms of internships and work. If I get recruited for an IB internship for summer of 2026 is it possible to start working right after? Thanks for the help.
