International students for diversity?

Do I count as a diversity student if I'm international? I'm from a "Hispanic" country.

I'm also first-gen if that works?

Couldn't really find much information about this online. Thanks in advance.

They kind of just say “hispanic/latino, african american, LGBT, first-gen etc”.

However, idk if an international student who fits these categories is also considered? And ye I agree the visa will likely be an issue

International people at target can get top offers, work very hard and you can do it

International student here. No you don't count as a diversity candidate, but don't listen to all the haters here. I didn't graduate from a target, but I know plenty of international students in my school and other non-targets who broke in to BB jobs. Just study hard, network intensively, and form genuine connections with alumni. I know that sounds hard (which it is) and takes time, but I assure you - it's doable. It just takes more work than your peers. So stay resilient and keep grinding.

You are eligible to apply to diversity programs as hispanic no matter your visa status. Source: my international friend from a hispanic country who applied and got accepted to diversity programs.
