Any advice for someone looking to break into IB as a junior with no banking experience, no prior internships. From a non target.

Career Resources
I come from a semi-target. I suggest you start with small pe shops/hfs/am. These experiences will at least keep you in the game. and you have to be proficient in modelling, excel, preferably some programming languages. For non-targets you have to be perfect in interviews. iininterviews
