Having finished university, I am currently in the interview process for full-time positions within IB at numerous banks. However, I'm currently an off-cycle intern at an EB (more common in Europe), Since as an intern you are basically expected to be at your desk 24/7, I don't really have the possibility for interviews. How can I handle interviewing during internships without ruining a potential conversion at my current place? Of course I shifted any phone interviews to the lunch break, but what to do with on-site interviews?
