Investment banker from state school
Hello Wall Street oasis,
I have a question for you all, can I get into investment banking for a non top school like say a top 75 school or is it strictly Ivy League only. I don’t care where just any ib gig with a respectable bank is it doable?

Long answer, there’s a lot you’ll have to do to make it happen. Start by searching past threads here on success stories, mergers and inquisitions articles. Set a gameplan with the information you gather.

You can get into banking from any school except University of Phoenix online.

I know non-diversity dudes who got BB IB internships as sophomores from state schools. It's definitely NOT ivy-league only.
