A private REITs fund (NYC) plans to go public in the near future. The fund is seeking overseas investment banks to join global selling syndicates who will sell the issued securities during the IPO.
Assuming the book runners are a few of the Bulge Bracket in the USA, how can I get overseas IB to participate? Would appreciate your knowledge, experience, and advice.
