Is a Week of study abroad good for the Resume?

I'm currently a freshman interested in the fields of finance like IB, PE, Consulting, Asset Management, etc. and was wondering if studying abroad is worth it. Is there a certain year worth it in college?

Study abroad is good for you as a person, living in a different culture will help you grow. Doesn't really add anything to the resume unless you do the full year program at LSE or similar

I'd avoid studying abroad sophomore spring or junior fall so you can focus on recruiting. Freshman summer is a good time if you don't have a job, or junior spring.

I would say one week would be too short, unless it would be a program in which you work om some kind of project abroad. As for just a study period abroad, I would aim for at least a semester. I would recommend it though, it's always been a nice conversation topic during interviews.
