With the new GS logo, I heard the firm is going downhill. Incoming FT Analysts said headhunters are no longer getting kids interviews, and they no longer are winning mandates.
I have a SA offer for 2025 - should I rerecruit to a top bank like Baird MKE?

Yeah OP you're right tbh, GS clearly is gonna just can their IB department in the next few years and are putting in the prep work in terms of downgrading the quality of the department so that can be justified
