Is it a bad sign if a Superday interviewer doesn't respond to your thank you email?

Had a IB superday a few days ago and sent follow up thank you emails to the interviewers shortly after. I didn't receive a response and it's been 24 hours. I've gotten responses from interviewers at other places where I got an offer. Maybe the stress is getting to me but is this a bad sign I won't get it?

While my hit rate on thank you emails is probably roughly around ~50%, I do honestly think it is somewhat indicative of getting an offer.

At places I got offers, my thank you note response rate was 3/4 and 3/5, and at super days where I didn't get an offer, I only got 1 response. I don't think it's even a conscious thing of 'this kid is getting an offer, I gotta respond' but more like if they liked you, they are more likely to respond, and if they like you it also means you're more likely to get an offer.

Only one of my two interviewers responded to my follow up email and the one that did was somewhat late.

It absolutely does not matter. I have had superdays where every single interviewer responded to the thank you email saying how much they enjoyed meeting me and for me to feel free to reach out any time - only to never hear back again. For the one firm where I did get the offer, none of the 4 superday interviewers responded until after I got the offer call. The reality is from the perspective of most interviewers, they'd either respond to all the applicants' thank you emails or none of them. So no, stop stressing over nothing.

Bump. Same story for me— EB/BB I ended up at never responded to initial thank you email (cuz they’re just so busy — doesn’t mean they didn’t acknowledge it). after I got the offer one of my interviewers congratulated me / offered to grab coffee so I wouldn’t read too much into it

I interviewed w/ five people at my superday. Only got two responses. I got a third response the following day, after I got the phone call with the offer. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal

For the EB that offered me, only 1/4 interviewers responded to my thank you email. It means nothing
