Is it possible to move BACK to IB from PE without an MBA?

Out of college, I did two years at a BB in IB. I recruited for PE very early on, and I didn't really have the chance to experience much of IB by the time I accepted my offer. Now after having finished two years in IB and one in PE, I find that I want to move back to IB for the long haul. Is it possible to recruit for associate without getting an MBA since I did a two year analyst gig?

Yes but you're most liely not going to get a boost as in come in as a VP in IB if that's what you're thinking. EDIT; Looks like you edited your post but yes, should be very doable to become an associate since you did two years in IB and one in PE. One in PE should oimpress them!
