Is Macquarie raising base?
With other banks announcing some sort of bump, is Macquarie giving anything out? How has comp been like in recent years?

I have heard the associate salaries have been bumped up by ~25k
So nothing for the Incoming people huh? Rough.
Heard analyst pay is up 20k too
Is this for all Macquarie divisions? Or just Macquarie Capital(IBD)?
Why would anyone outside ib deserve a raise
Because Macquarie has MAM which work pretty much the same hours as MacCap.
I'm also curious about this
Mac IB raised base to 180 (almost doubled) but lowered bonus
Pretty sure the number was 175 and it is all in ie. base + guaranteed bonus so all the first yrs have same comp
Does anyone know if there are clawbacks for Associates lateraling to Macquarie?
